Partner with us


RDAF seeks collaboration with organisations that can extend the reach and quality of this work. We are looking for partners in the following areas.

  • Government ministries and agencies Policy engagement, alignment with national NCD and disability priorities, and joint programming.
  • Hospitals and health centres Referral pathways for screening, treatment, prosthetic and orthotic services.
  • Local and international NGOs Joint outreaches, shared expertise and coordinated community coverage.
  • Development partners and donors Programme funding, grants and long-term institutional support.
  • Community leaders Mobilisation, mobilising participation and reducing stigma at the local level.
  • Media organisations Radio, television, print and social media advocacy that reaches people early.
  • Academic and research institutions Community-based research, evaluation and evidence for policy.
  • Corporate partners Sponsorship, in-kind support, employee volunteering and workplace health programmes.
02 Volunteer

Volunteer your time or skills


Volunteerism and community participation are part of how RDAF sustains its work. Volunteers support the foundation in several ways.

  • Supporting community awareness campaigns and screening outreaches
  • Serving as a peer educator or supporting Village Health Team activities
  • Helping to facilitate amputee peer support groups
  • Contributing clinical, physiotherapy or counselling expertise
  • Assisting with vocational skills, financial literacy and business mentorship training
  • Helping with documentation, photography, communication and digital content
  • Supporting data collection, monitoring and research activities
03 Refer a beneficiary

Refer someone who needs support


RDAF identifies and registers amputees and people who require rehabilitation support within communities. If you know someone who needs help, you can tell us about them.

Health workers, community leaders, family members and neighbours are all welcome to make a referral. Use the form below, call +256 700 409 182, or message us on WhatsApp.

Please ask the person's permission before sharing their details with us, and do not include medical information in the form beyond what is needed for us to make contact.
